Does Not Eating Help You to Lose Weight?
Common sense says, if you want to lose weight, do not eat, and the pounds will disappear. If one researches all those costly and cumbersome diets on the market today, one has to ask, what is wrong with society anyway? Does not eating help you to lose weight? Of course it does, why hasn’t anyone figured this simple concept out? If you want to lose weight, just don’t eat. If you follow this method for weight loss, there is a good chance that it may end up costing you your life and, your loved one’s money for your funeral.
One can make all the excuses they want to make as to why they are at least 30# overweight and have an excess of at least 4″ around their middles. We are talking about over 1/2 of the American population, children included. All the excuses have been heard before.
. “I am overweight because I am only 5′ tall”. In actuality, all that person needs to do is stretch themselves to about 7’10″ and they will be within their normal weight range
. “I have thyroid”
. “The gene runs in my family”
. “I have depression”
. “I was born fat, I was a big baby”
. “I have a stressful life, job, kids, husband, debt”, and so on
Every excuse has been heard before. Being over 30# is obese, and is an ugly word. Morbidly obese describes one that is over this 30#, and is even uglier.

Does not eating help you to lose weight? Researchers are 99.9% sure the cause of our obesity is none of these excuses. The causes are our own bad habits. We are our own worse enemy when it comes to food choices. We can continue down the path of obesity, or make (lifestyle) changes incorporating better choices for ourselves and our family. These good lifestyle changes have no room for fad diets. There are some diet programs that are helping(here is one I recommend) to get people on the right nutritional path and we are not condemning those programs. All one has to do is research fad diets and find that there are over 200 non- sense diets that are as bad or worse then simply not eating.
